This Shipping Policy applies to all India-based customers purchasing fishing nets from AATHI FISHNET through our website or official sales channels.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship fishing nets across India through courier, railway, or road transport.
  • Shipment mode is selected as per customer preference or as recommended by the customer at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Mode & Customer Selection

Buyers may choose any of the following shipping options:

  • Courier Service (surface or express, wherever applicable)
  • Railway Parcel / Goods Train
  • Road Transport / Logistics Provider recommended or arranged by the customer

If the customer does not specify a shipping mode, shipment will be arranged based on mutual discussion and practicality, purely for buyer convenience.


3. Freight Terms (Pay to Basis)

  • All domestic shipments are made on “Pay to” / “Freight to Pay” basis.
  • Shipping charges are payable by the customer directly to the courier, railway, or transporter at destination.
  • AATHI FISHNET does not collect freight charges unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Dispatch Timeline

  • Goods are dispatched only after full payment realization.
  • Dispatch timelines depend on:
    • Production completion
    • Packing readiness
    • Availability of selected transporter
  • Estimated dispatch dates shared are indicative only and may vary due to logistics conditions.

5. Risk & Responsibility

  • Goods are handed over in proper packing to the selected courier, railway, or transporter.
  • Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.
  • AATHI FISHNET is not responsible for delays, damages, loss, or shortages occurring during transit.

6. Transporter Details & Documentation

  • Transporter details (LR / docket / parcel receipt) will be shared with the buyer after dispatch.
  • Buyers are responsible for:
    • Collecting goods on arrival
    • Paying freight charges
    • Any local unloading or handling charges

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Delays caused by:

  • Courier or transporter issues
  • Railway scheduling
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions

shall not be treated as grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.


8. Special Instructions

  • Any special packing or handling instructions must be informed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Additional packing or handling costs, if any, shall be borne by the buyer.
