Cancellation & Refund Policy – India
(Applicable to Domestic Buyers within India Only)
This policy applies exclusively to buyers located within India purchasing fishing nets from AATHI FISHNET through our website or official sales channels.
1. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms
All orders are processed strictly against confirmed buyer specifications. A minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any order. The balance 50% must be paid before or at the time of dispatch. Production commences only after receipt of the advance payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
For approved cancellations (prior to production), bank charges, payment gateway fees, and administrative costs, if any, will be deducted. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is approved before production begins. Advance payments are non-refundable once production has started.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days. GST, transport, handling, and transaction charges, if already incurred, are non-refundable.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Goods are dispatched only after full payment realization. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on production schedules, transporter availability, and logistics conditions. Delays caused by transporters, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors shall not be treated as grounds for cancellation or refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Goods
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos and the relevant invoice or batch reference.
After verification, AATHI FISHNET may offer a replacement, adjustment, or credit note, at its sole discretion. Claims received after the specified period will not be entertained.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect specifications provided by the buyer
- Minor variations in weight, colour shade, or packing within industry tolerance
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or usage
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All domestic transactions are governed by the laws of India.
